OFS submitted a request to extend the comment period on June 9, 2026 to the EPA for the Draft Fungicide Strategy to Reduce Exposure to Endangered and Threatened Species and Designated Critical Habitats from the Use of Conventional Agriculture Fungicides.
OFS signed on to a State Agribusiness Product Registration letter submitted to the President on June 5, 2026.

2026 Short Legislative Session Comments
During the 2026 short legislative session, OFS signed on to a coalition letter submitted on February 2, 2026 to members of the Oregon Legislature in opposition to Climate Superfund Legislation - SB 1541.
